FAQ's

Can I eat or drink on the table?
No. It is highly recommended that you do not place hot food, hot plates, and hot/cold drinks directly on the velvet fabric. Food and drink may or may not stain or leave impressions on the fabric. If your table did not come equipped with cup holders, it is best to place beverages on nearby tables or the floor. Tables that are equipped with the speedcloth playing surface are treated with a Teflon sealant; therefore you may eat or drink on that style of playing surface, but still not recommended.

What if I spill a drink on the table?
It is recommended that you pat the area dry and use cold water to spot clean by dabbing the area, do not rub the area. Then after dabbing with cold water, pat area dry again with a clean cloth. All tables are padded with premium volara closed cell foam, so that if any liquids are spilled, they will not soak through to the wood. If you spill on the table rail, use a damp cloth and wipe dry.

Can I smoke while seated at the table?
It is recommended not to smoke while at the table, materials are not non-flammable and ashes from cigarettes or cigars may leave burn marks on the fabric. Should you feel the need to smoke or use while seated at the table, it would be recommended to keep cigarettes, cigars, pipes away from the actual table.

What if part of the table needs replacement or I want to upgrade/change something to my table?
If within the course of (2) two years, you should need replacement of the arm rail, playing surface, or table legs due to normal wear, please contact us and arrangements will be made to rectify the problem. Should you be interested in upgrading your table or simply changing the fabric type or color, again, please contact us to make arrangements. The pricing for such upgrades will be emailed to you at that time. If changes are made to a table by someone other than a JDL Poker Table specialist within the (2) years, the (2) year customer satisfaction program will be void.

What do I do if I need to contact JDL Poker Tables about my custom table?
Please locate your serial number on the underside of your table, then contact us by email at Jon@JDLPokerTables.com . Please allow up to 24 hours for us to gather your table records and we will gladly return your call to help you with any and all of your table needs.

How long will it take to build my custom table?
The process to custom build a high quality JDL poker table may take up to (5) five weeks to complete from when the order was placed.

How long will it take for freight delivery of my poker table?
Please allow 5-7 days for delivery. Details of your delivery status will be emailed to you once your poker table ships.  We will provide the freight company with your phone number (with your permission) so that they can contact you directly regarding a delivery time.  Additional options are available at an additional cost: Express delivery, overnight and also exact delivery if you need it on a specific day.  Please contact us for pricing of these options.

How are the poker tables shipped and how much does it cost?
We use freight to ship our tables.  The cost is $269 for shipment to anywhere in the continental United States.  We do not ship international at this time.  The shipment cost includes professional packaging of the table to insure its protection during shipment.  Packages are insured for full value.  The freight shipment company is not responsible for moving the table off the truck, only for moving it to the rear of the truck.  We suggest that you have two people available when the table is delivered.  Liftgate service is available at an additional cost where the driver will take it off the truck for you.  Drivers will not carry the package inside.  This is also available at an additional cost.  Please contact us for pricing of these available options.

Are there any other options besides freight delivery, if so, how much will the options cost?
Yes. If you live within the 50 mile radius of JDL Poker Tables, you may schedule a pickup or schedule a local delivery. There is no charge for pickup, but please enter in coupon code "SELFPICKUP" under the checkout option and a representative will contact you with details regarding your pickup. If you would like to utilize the local delivery option, please enter coupon code "LOCAL06042" under the checkout option and a representative will contact you with details regarding delivery and setup of your table.
